Let me start with the front desk since that is normally who you come in contact with first when you walk in..Ms Cheryl is great! She is very helpful and thorough. I know I ask a lot of questions, some over and over and she never makes me feel like I am a burden while she answers each of my questions. (Multiple times lol).. She explains every procedure and price in depth so there are no surprises. Let’s move on to Dr. Moore; she is by far one of the best dentists I’ve ever had the pleasure of meeting. The reason I left my boys last dentist was because that dentist had my teenage son in tears by the way she was acting while trying to “sneak” give him a shot in his mouth to remove a tooth that I’m pretty sure didn’t even need removing…. Dr Moore made that same son feel so at ease with her calm demeanor that it didn’t even take any convincing for her to be able to numb his mouth before doing a couple of fillings. After seeing the care Dr Moore gave my two sons, I decided to give them a try as well. So far so good! I don’t care if this is a franchise or who owns this place….Ms Cheryl and Dr Moore are enough to keep me coming back.

I needed a new dentist closer to home. I had not found an office that I really cared for as customer service is very important to me. I was excited to see Dentists of Northpark open up and it's very close to home. The front office staff went over and beyond to assist me with poise and grace. I provided some incorrect information unknowingly, and they helped me work through some insurance challenges that I was having. Both Alyssa and Cheryl went over and beyond to help me. Finding a great dentist AND finding a supportive office staff all in the same space...such a good experience. I send my highest praises to this office, Alyssa and Cheryl, as they truly cemented my relationship as a lifelong patient. Great job ladies.
